RB Industries sold its W & J Sloane unit.

The Los Angeles company said it signed a definitive agreement with Laurence A. Crink Jr. and a group of investors, who plan to buy the four Los Angeles and Orange county furniture stores on April 1. Previous negotiations with Crink had been terminated in December. RB Industries also said it has secured a $9.9-million loan on its Irvine property, with proceeds to be used to retire debt and for working capital.
