“Sea Hunt,” a new version of Lloyd Bridges’ underwater adventure TV show, will be resuscitated by MGM-UA Television as a half-hour syndicated series starring Ron Ely. Production will begin in June with Len Kaufman producing. Ely is best known for his roles as Doc Savage and Tarzan. No stranger to water, Ely starred in another underwater series, “The Aquanauts,” which later became “Malibu Run.”
