Mia Farrow’s pregnancy isn’t the only news on the maternal front in Hollywood. Debra Winger and husband Timothy Hutton had their first child Wednesday--an 8-pound, 11-ounce boy, still unnamed. And a spokeswoman for Kathleen Turner announced Thursday the actress found out she was pregnant this week. Turner is married to real estate agent Jay Weiss.
