Prep All-Star Games at CS Dominguez Hills

The fifth annual KDAY Community Cage high school all-star basketball games will be played tonight at Cal State Dominguez Hills. The girls’ game will begin at 6:30, the boys’ at 8:30.

The boys’ East team will feature Anthony Jenkins of Downey Pius X, Ronnie Coleman and Mike Elliott of Compton Dominguez, and Brian Jones of L.A. Fremont. Von Shuler of L.A. Dorsey, Jason Matthews of Santa Monica St. Monica, Chris Brown of Santa Monica Crossroads and Trane Hunter of Santa Monica will lead the West.

In the girls’ game, the West will have the City 3-A tri-players of the year--Dana Jones of Reseda, Ruth Aguilar of L.A. Lincoln and Dollie Lucero of L.A. Marshall.
