The death toll in a dawn raid by Israeli warplanes on three Palestinian guerrilla targets outside the port city of Sidon, in southern Lebanon, was raised to 10. Another 28 people were wounded in the raid. The targets were three buildings used by Fatah, the mainstream Palestine Liberation Organization faction led by Yasser Arafat; the Marxist Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, police and Palestinian sources said. In Tel Aviv, a spokesman for the Israel Defense Forces said all the planes returned safely.
