Frank Seurer, reserve quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, will undergo surgery today to reattach torn ligaments in his left ankle, an injury he suffered when his car went out of control and crashed into a utility pole in Blue Springs, Mo., early Sunday.
He also suffered a dislocated hip. Seurer said he hoped to be ready to play in 6 to 8 weeks.
