West Los Angeles : 2 Arts Groups to Get Grants

Two Westside arts groups have been selected to receive national-state-county partnership grants, according to Supervisor Deane Dana.
The Westside Arts Center will receive $4,500 for six children’s performances and the Santa Monica Heritage Museum will receive $2,500 to hire a part-time staff member to organize its photo archives.
Countywide, 22 groups will receive a total of $85,000.
The grant funds are provided by the county, the National Endowment of the Arts and the California Art Council.
