Secretary of State Testifies at the Iran-Contra Hearings

Thank God for Secretary of State George Shultz! He brings a note of sanity and common sense to the Iran- contra hearings. I am not a Republican, I did not vote for President Reagan and I do not always agree with Shultz. But after the sordid and cynical testimony of so many witnesses over the past few weeks, Shultz is like a breath of fresh clean air in the committee room. Perhaps there is hope for our government yet.
