Gov. George Deukmejian, already thinking about a bid for a possible third term, has scheduled two major $1,000-a-plate fund-raisers. The events--one in Los Angeles at the Century Plaza on Thursday night and the other in San Francisco on Nov. 11--are expected to raise $1.5 million. Deukmejian, 59, was elected to a second four-year-term in 1986.
