Canoga Park Man Shot to Death; Suspect Held

A Canoga Park man was killed and another arrested Wednesday when an apparent dispute erupted into a street shooting, authorities said.
Police said the 36-year-old victim, whose name was not released pending notification of his family, was shot several times in the upper body about 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 7600 block of Variel Avenue.
Sarup Saing, 27, was later arrested on suspicion of murder.
