Why is Fred Holley’s review of “The Cat’s Pajamas: A Fabulous Fictionary of Familiar Phrases” by Tad Tuleja (The Book Review, Dec. 13) found under “Non-fiction” in your column, “Title Page”? The review said “ . . . it’s a spoof . . . wildly false etymologies . . . “ and the reviewer’s main concern was that “they could easily mislead.”
