Bus Driver Cleared of Felony Charges

A former city school bus driver was acquitted Wednesday of felony false imprisonment charges involving two girls who claimed he wouldn’t let them off the bus.
After deliberating only 40 minutes, the San Diego Superior Court jury found Willie Green innocent of false imprisonment, battery, and misdemeanor child molestation.
The battery charge and child molesting charges involved allegedly unlawful touching of the two girls.
