U.S. and Soviet film makers will join together to produce a documentary on life in the Soviet Union and America to be seen in both countries by year’s end, the result of a cooperation agreement signed Friday in Moscow. Mark Gurzon, president of the American-Soviet Film Initiative, described the agreement as a major step toward co-productions involving the exchange of actors and directors.
