Kathleen Shea has been named manager of Clairol’s Camarillo manufacturing plant. The facility has 80 employees and makes hair-care products, including Nice ‘n Easy, Miss Clairol and Born Blonde. Shea, 32, formerly was manager of industrial engineering at the company’s plant in Stamford, Conn. She joined Clairol in 1977.
Shea replaces Richard Nabb, 37, who has been promoted to director of manufacturing at the Stamford plant.
