Warner-Lambert Co. approved the acquisition of selected brands of RJR Nabisco Inc. An agreement has been signed and the closing has been scheduled for this month. Joseph D. Williams, board chairman of Warner-Lambert of Morris Plains, N.J., said the products, which had sales of about $57 million in 1987, would be integrated into the American Chicle Group. The products include Junior Mints, Charleston Chew, Sugar Daddy and a number of other caramel-related items.
