Breakage Prompts Recall of 450,000 Ski Bindings

WASHINGTON — Some 450,000 Tyrolia ski bindings are being recalled because of heel and toe lug breakage that could lead to serious injury, the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced Thursday. Tyrolia Freizeitgerate of Austria said consumers should stop using the affected bindings.
