--First Lady Nancy Reagan, still feeling the effects of a bout with laryngitis, traveled to New York to attend a performance of “Phantom of the Opera” tonight with her brother, Dr. Richard Davis and his wife Patricia, and the composer of the show, Andrew Lloyd Webber.
