Avoiding Jet Lag
I would like to offer my secret formula for reducing jet lag. It’s based on six working trips to northern Norway, visits to my granddaughters in Australia and other trips. On the plane, if you like to sleep, then sleep. If you like to read, then read. Do whatever you feel like.
Upon arrival at your destination, avoid the afternoon nap. Take tours, go to lunch, go to dinner, see a show, have fun. Your day of activities should tire you out and you should be ready to sleep soundly through the night. When you wake up in the morning, you will be on your new time.
