PALM SPRINGS — Matt Maestas and Eddie Luna each had two hits and combined for three RBI on Saturday to help Harbor College defeat College of the Desert, 8-1, in a Southern California Conference baseball game.
Harbor (7-2 in the conference, 16-10 overall) grabbed a 5-0 lead after two innings.
Right-hander Eddie Lopez gave up four hits in seven innings, improving his record to 3-0 in the conference and 5-1 on the season.
