PASADENA — The Water and Power Department is providing free water-conservation kits and low-flow shower heads to its customers in an effort to encourage them to reduce water usage.
The shower heads are available in Room 121 at City Hall on North Garfield Avenue. The water-conservation kits are available at the city’s public libraries. The kits contain shower-head restricters, water-displacement bags for toilets and toilet leak detector dye tablets.
