The annual AMVETS District II Memorial Day program will honor the women who have served in the armed forces. The event, which features speeches by Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove) and Supervisor Roger Stanton, will be held at 10 Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana and begins at 10 a.m.
