Elmar Klotz has been appointed group president-avionics at Allied-Signal Aerospace Co., Torrance, replacing Lou Giuliano, who has left the company. Klotz, 55, previously was chairman of Lear Astronics Corp., Santa Monica, and Developmental Sciences Corp., Ontario.
