Salick Health Care Inc. has agreed to develop outpatient cancer diagnostic treatment centers for Premier Hospitals Alliance Inc. under a new agreement between the firms. Premier, a for-profit cooperative based in Westchester, Ill., has agreed to recommend the Beverly Hills-based Salick to its 40 member hospitals. Salick, provider of outpatient dialysis and cancer care, is negotiating a deal for the development of outpatient cancer centers at five alliance hospitals.
