J.B. Pence II Will Lead L.A. Realty Board

J. Blair Pence II, owner of Pence Investment Co., has been elected 1989 president of the Los Angeles Board of Realtors.
Pence will succeed William W. Chin. Gary R. Holme will be next year’s first vice president; Ellen Poll, second vice president, and Gregory J. Pawlik, treasurer.
Arthur D. Aston Jr. will remain executive vice president, a post he has held since 1985.
New leaders of the 4,000-member board will be installed on Nov. 4 at the Century Plaza Hotel.
