HOH Water Technology, a Newbury Park company developing a water-purification system, said it received a 7-year, $3.25-million line of credit from Sisson International & Associated Refineries.
Sisson, a real estate and energy concern with offices in California, Kentucky, Texas and Indonesia, also agreed to pay $1.75 million for the exclusive rights to sell HOH’s products in New Zealand and certain Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, HOH said.
HOH, whose products are designed to purify water systems in residential, commercial and industrial sites, was formed in 1979 but is just now gearing up for full-scale production.
