Aaron Spelling Productions said it agreed to buy Laurel Entertainment, which packages and produces television programs, in a stock and cash deal valued at about $9.5 million, based on the current price of Spelling stock . . . Schering-Plough Corp. said it has acquired the U.S. contact lens solutions line of Palo Alto-based Cooper Cos. for about $40 million in cash.
