L.A. Investor Increases Stake in Anaheim Firm

A Los Angeles investor has boosted his stake to 5.38% of Bridgeford Foods Corp. of Anaheim, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Robert I. Wald bought 18,000 common shares between July 20 and Sept. 28 for $14.13 and $19.50 each. He now holds 100,000 shares as an trust for his three children, according to the filing.
