Local News in Brief : Stanton : Slain Man’s Body Found Outside Bar

An unidentified Latino man was shot and killed outside the Club Chil Sun Bar in Stanton early Tuesday, authorities said.
The man, who had no identification, was shot once in the upper torso and was dead at the scene, 9061 Cerritos Ave.
“It would appear he may have been involved in some type of altercation or fight with an unknown person or persons before he was shot,” Sheriff’s Lt. Richard J. Olson said Tuesday.
“Investigators have not found anyone yet who saw the actual incident,” Olson said. No suspects had been arrested, he said.
