Charges Dropped Against North

Although I never had the slightest doubt that North would weasel out from under the Iran-Contra scandal, either as a result of a presidential pardon, or through the tired “national security” excuse, I think it must be a sign that the corruption of our government is complete when even the fall guys are getting off scot-free.
