CS Fullerton to Meet No. 11 Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS — Cal State Fullerton, which has 6 straight losses after a 5-1 start, won’t find it any easier tonight when the Titans play 11th-ranked Nevada Las Vegas in the Thomas & Mack Center at 8:05.
The Runnin’ Rebels (11-2) have won 9 straight since losing to Arizona Dec. 10.
UNLV has lost to Fullerton only twice in 20 meetings, and has won the past 14.
The Rebels are led by center David Butler and guard Greg Anthony, each averaging 14 points a game. Forward Stacey Augmon is averaging 13 points a game.
Fullerton has 3 players averaging in double figures, led by Cedric Ceballos at 19 points a game. Mark Hill averages 15 and Derek Jones 12.
