Building at Long Beach Airport Opens

Airport One, a $13-million corporate office building at the entrance to Long Beach Airport, has opened, along with the announcement that Douglas Aircraft Co., a division of McDonnell Douglas Corp., will occupy all 88,284 square feet of the structure.
More than 600 people are expected to be employed at the three-story building, built by Oltmans Construction Co. and developed by Kendrick Enterprise, at 4403 Donald Douglas Drive.
