Gin Wong Associates, Beverly Hills, is the architect of the complex on a 1.3-acre site at the southwest corner of Beverly and Santa Monica boulevards. The general contractor is McCarthy Construction, Irvine.
There will be 5,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as two floors of office space on the second and third levels and three subterranean levels with parking space for 423 cars.
