PRC Enters Agreement With Flamemaster Corp.

Products Research & Chemical Corp. in Glendale has granted a 15-year license to the Chem Seal division of Flamemaster Corp., a Sun Valley chemicals company, in exchange for 350,000 shares of Flamemaster stock and future royalties.
PRC, which is more than 10 times the size of Flamemaster, as part of the agreement gets to be the exclusive distributor for Chem Seal products outside of North America. Flamemaster in turn gets to manufacture and sell a wide range of PRC aerospace sealants in North America.
