Methode Electronics to Sell Graphic Research Inc.

Graphic Research Inc., a Chatsworth producer of electronic circuit boards for the military and aerospace industries, has been placed up for sale by its parent company, Methode Electronics in Chicago.
Methode noted that Graphic Research has lost money lately, but said it is selling the unit mainly to focus on its electronic controls and connectors business. Kevin Hayes, Methode’s treasurer, declined to specify the size of Graphic Research’s losses.
