Gov. George Deukmejian will fly from Los Angeles to Frankfurt, West Germany, today for a 12-day trip to promote California trade and investment in Europe. Deukmejian will meet with West German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, address the annual conference of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and meet with the U.S. delegation to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade negotiations in Geneva. He also will speak to business groups in West Germany and Switzerland before returning to California on Feb. 5.
