Leon Durham has signed a triple- A contract with the St. Louis Cardinals, the team said.
Durham, who entered a drug rehabilitation program last season while with the Cincinnati Reds, hit .218 in 45 games in 1988. He had 27 hits, 8 RBI and 4 home runs.
