A woman who said masked gunmen abducted her two baby girls nearly three years apart was indicted on charges of concealing a homicide and obstructing justice in the 1986 death of one daughter. The grand jury indictment charged Paula Sims of Alton, Ill., with concealing a homicide and three counts of obstructing justice in the death of 13-day-old Loralei Sims. Investigators have said the disappearance and death in late April of Paula and Robert Sims’ second daughter, 6-week-old Heather, renewed interest in the earlier case. No charges have been filed in Heather’s death.
