Lucky Lotto Ticket Was Purchased at San Mateo Locale

A player who bought a Lotto 6/49 ticket in San Mateo won nearly $22 million after picking all six winning numbers in the latest statewide Lotto drawing, lottery officials said Sunday.
The winner, whose identity won’t be known until the player shows up at a lottery redemption center to claim his prize, will receive $21,799,321, lottery spokesman John Schade said.
The winning numbers picked Saturday night for the California Lottery’s twice-weekly Lotto 6/49 game were, in the order picked, 15, 13, 17, 38, 46, 26 and the bonus number, 41.
