Houston Astros catcher Craig Biggio, 23, was arrested early this morning and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said. He was stopped at 2:15 a.m. on a west Houston street after a patrolman saw him traveling at 50 m.p.h. in a 35-m.p.h. zone and weaving so badly he “almost went over the sidewalk,” an officer said.
