Sutro & Co. has formed a new Southern California Public Finance Group that will be headed by William E. Straw, a senior vice president. The new group will be based in Sutro’s Los Angeles office. Straw joins Sutro from Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, where he served as first vice president.
