The Century Freeway Housing Program will begin sales of 32 newly built and occupied rental housing developments located throughout Los Angeles and Orange counties.
The first two developments for sale are Mills Terrace in Whittier (31 units) and Century Terrace (34 units) in Los Angeles County. They are the first of more than 30 developments to be sold over the next 18 months.
Applicants eligible to bid at the public auction must also comply with a regulatory agreement which requires that the units remain affordable to tenants for at least 20 years. Bid packages are available through the CFHP’s offices at 111 N. La Brea Ave., Suite 500, Inglewood.
