Officials in Kansas Seize Weapons, Cash, Pot Plants

WICHITA, Kan. — Federal and state officials Monday announced the seizure of automatic weapons, cash and 1,500 marijuana plants in southeastern Kansas. Rolland Wayne Guder was charged with possession with intent to distribute the marijuana, authorities said. Nearly $105,000 in cash and about 40 weapons, including two assault rifles, were confiscated.
