Aging Rockers

Concerning Robert Hilburn’s June 25 article, “Never Too Old to Rock”:
The Who? My gosh--they died years ago, yet they continue to plague us.
They stopped doing anything worthwhile a long time ago. There is so much talent out there now. Why should we be subjected to artists who believe they should cash in on their past? It’s 1989. Why not the Who in Vegas?
Everyone in the Who is old enough to be my father. Please spare us!
The Who should move over for people who really matter in music--people who have something to offer. David Bowie, for instance, is an artist who still has something to say.
Hope I die before I get old. So I don’t have to deal with all the old money mongers.
