SBD Group Inc., has paid $2.9 million for the 184-unit Baywood Village Phase III apartment site at Rimpau Avenue and Old Temescal Road in Corona. The Hanes Co., Woodland Hills, represented both the seller, Fredricks Development, and the buyer in the transaction.
