Family Planning Funds Vetoed

So, our esteemed governor has used his line-item veto to gut our medical and mental health programs, as if the hungry and homeless were not enough.
And our esteemed ex-President Reagan has come home to Bel-Air for his announced campaign to foist this veto on our federal government, as if to add insult to injury.
Toward a kinder and gentler nation! Whatever happened to ethics?
