Willard F. Rockwell Jr. founder and former chairman of Rockwell International Corp., has announced his retirement from business activities, including his chairmanship of Astrotech International Corp., Pittsburgh. He retired from Rockwell International in 1979. His son, S. Kent Rockwell, will become chairman of Astrotech.
