Michael M. Dulberg and Scott B. Sampson have been selected as vice presidents of Westinghouse Credit Corp.’s new West Coast operation. Corporate Finance West, Newport Beach, is a financing office for middle-market businesses. Dulberg will be responsible for negotiating and structuring loans and directing the company’s underwriting efforts. Previously, he was a consultant in his own practice and with Durkee Sharlit Associates in Los Angeles. Sampson, former president and chief executive of Security Pacific Business Finance Inc. in San Diego, will be responsible for new business growth through financing products.
