The 21-story Center Tower office building in Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza Town Center has been named one of the six best office projects of its size by the Building Owners & Managers Assn.
The tallest office structure in Orange County, the curvilinear tower was singled out by the association for its design, quality of property management, tenant amenities and energy efficiency. It competed in the association’s annual competition in the category for buildings with 100,000 to 500,000 square feet.
Designed by CRS Sirrine Inc., the red granite and gray glass building stands at 650 Town Center Drive, next to the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
