Commercial Scene : Sorrento Mesa Office Building Opening Slated

One Pacific Heights, a 124,349-square-foot office building at 9920 Pacific Heights Blvd. in the San Diego suburb of Sorrento Mesa, is set to open next month.
The $23-million, five-story structure is being developed by a joint venture of Oliver McMillan & Radnor Corp. The building, sheathed in green and pewter high-performance glass, is designed by the San Diego-based architectural firm BSHA.
No tenants have signed leases for space in the building, although the developer said negotiations are being held with several prospects.
