India Bus Blast Kills 12

NEW DELHI — Tribal militants Tuesday detonated a bomb hidden in a bus in northeast India, killing at least 12 passengers, a day after tribal leaders agreed to suspend the campaign of separatist violence, news reports said. The United News of India said the bomb exploded on a state-owned bus in the state of Assam, where militants from the Bodo tribes have been fighting for their own state.
